SSD Subrack
The FOCUS-SSD Sliding Splicing Drawer is a product designed to splice cables to cables and cable to pigtails. The product can be used inside the FOCUS-ODF racks in combination with FOCUS-STD shelves to terminate pigtails. The main distinguishing features of the product are both versions ETSI and 19” the use of FOCUS-SAM (Sub Assembly Modules) for splicing, the integration of passive components such as PLCs, the ability to terminate pigtails using optical Pigtail Kevlar Retainer and to facilitate the installation with pre assembly tubes to guide the fibers within the sub-rack to reach the splicing cassettes.
